Interactive seminars - economics & information technology in a global society
The Virtual High School (VHS) and the IB are pleased to announce a new informational webinar. A webinar is an interactive web-based seminar which allows participants to listen and ask questions of the presenters. This webinar will focus on the economics SL and information technology in a global society SL online courses which start in September 2007. It will take place in Elluminate Live!, a virtual meeting space to which VHS will provide access.
This is your opportunity to learn from VHS staff and teachers and IB staff about:
- the design and delivery of these online Diploma Programme courses
- how to promote and register students in the courses
- how students will participate and the types of activities that will take place
- how such courses can benefit IB World Schools and meet the educational needs of your students
- the free online training provided by VHS for school staff to support their online students
The webinar will be an hour’s session and will be available on the following dates and times.
