Curriculum Subject Area Manager: Group 5 (Mathematics) Ref 287
Salary: £31,000 - £37,000 per year, dependent upon experience

The IB is seeking applications for the position of curriculum subject area manager for group 5 (Mathematics) to support the development and management of Mathematics in the Diploma Programme.
The successful applicant will be a qualified mathematics teacher, preferably with experience of international education or will have a relevant first degree and previous experience of working in a curriculum or assessment environment, eg: an examining/awarding body. You should have excellent organisational and communication skills, and hands-on experience of managing teams. Excellent written and spoken skills in English are essential and knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
This post will be available from 1 January 2009, although a slightly earlier start date may be possible.
