Global Contracts Manager

The successful candidate will manage across the IB the actions required to appropriately draft, update, renew and electronically store the IB's boilerplate contracts and individual agreements governing its activities worldwide, as well as manage the procedures required for the signature of individual agreements. The postholder will manage across the organization the actions required for the IB to appropriately identify, register, protect and derive benefit from the IB's intellectual property, as well as report to the Intellectual Property Sterring Committee in that regard.

A bachelor's degree is essential; MBA or equivalent would be highly desirable. Strong working background in legal services gained either in practice or in an operational role e.g. as paralegal, with experience in the areas of contract law and intellectual property. Experience in managing/coordinating international activities and good interpersonal skills are required for this post, and excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, are essential. Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be an asset. Strong computer skills and an understanding of information technology are also required. We are looking for candidates who are able to work to tight deadlines as an individual and as part of a team.

Due to the nature of the work this role will require some travel possibly including weekend absences from home.

The salary package will be commensurate with the level of this post and its location.
