ICT administrative secretary Ref 35 (Part-time,2.5 days/week)

Salary:£15,768 - £21,023

The information and communication technology department provides a service to IB staff, offices, schools and examiners worldwide. A capable and enthusiastic person is required to provide secretarial support for the ICT director, managers and team leaders and administrative support to the ICT department.

You will have at least one year’s experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical environment. You will be proficient in word processing and the use of spreadsheets, have good written and oral communication skills, be organised and have the ability to influence other staff to correctly follow procedures and processes. Further training will be provided in the use of departmental applications as required.
