Personal Assistant  - Human Resources Ref 225

Salary:£10,000

The human resources director is looking for a personal assistant, who has a high degree of personal organization, to work confidentially within the HR department.  You will be able to show initiative, understand complex issues and will be required to communicate effectively with senior staff across the organization, board members and external contacts. You will have excellent IT skills, particularly with Word, PowerPoint and preferably Excel and have the ability to take high quality minutes.

Applicants should have proven experience at a senior level and experience in an international context would be desirable. Excellent written and spoken English with a high level of accuracy is required. Skills in either French or Spanish would be a distinct advantage as would a willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.


This is a part time position working 18.75 hours per week preferably spread over 5 days but some flexibility may be possible subject to negotiation.

Location

The post will be based in Cardiff, Wales UK.
