Administrative officer - Office support facilities Ref 29
Salary £12,743 - £16,991
You will assist in delivering office support facilities services to the IB Cardiff office and outsourced suppliers in line with the operational procedures handbook and the organizational strategic plan. Reporting to the senior administrative officer, you will control the freight and postage invoice reconciliation for the Cardiff office, to include checking rates against agreed suppliers’ tariffs and querying anomalies with suppliers’ finance offices to ensure accurate reporting.
Educated to IB Diploma, A-level standard or equivalent, you will be highly IT-literate and you will have proven office administration skills in a busy, service oriented environment. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to analyse information and produce clear and accurate reports. Your experience should include at least some of the following areas: office support facilities administration, mailroom activities, stationery ordering, archiving, and basic maintenance of photocopying facilities. A full clean driving licence is essential to provide cover driving a van.
