The exhibit hall hours are as follows:
Set-up
Thursday, 12 July 2012: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Open to Participants
Thursday, 12 July 2012: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday, 13 July 2012: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 – 5:00 PM
Saturday, 14 July 2012: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 – 5:00 PM
Breakdown: Saturday, 15 July 2012: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Reception and refreshment breaks will take place in the exhibit hall to increase traffic. The entire hall will be equipped with wifi. To purchase electricity or audio visual equipment for your both, please download the appropriate forms and submit them to the hotel directly.
Special Events/Meals
Please note that there will be no breakfast served on any day of the conference. Lunch will be served each day as well as substantial refreshment breaks in the late mornings and afternoons. Only full conference participants will have access to meals. Companion pass holders will not be provided with meal tickets and may only attend the opening reception and closing dinner. While these two events are not black tie affairs, they are dressy and we encourage participants to wear appropriate attire.
