Reservations

Please note: At this time, there are no longer rooms available at the Fontainebleau. As of Wednesday, May 26th, there are a limited number of additional rooms available at the Eden Roc Hotel at the conference rate of $179 for the nights of July 13-18. There are also rooms available at the Sheraton Four Points, which is one block south of the conference venue.  These rooms can be reserved at the discounted rate of $125 per night.  To reserve rooms at the Sheraton Four Points, call        1-800-525-6994 (within the US) or 305-531-7494 (outside the US) from 9 AM to  5 PM EST.  Please ask to speak with the In House Reservation Department and identify yourself as part of the International Baccalaureate Organization group.  These rooms are available at this rate until 19 June 2010. 

Please note: 

If you have booked accomodations at the Fontainebleau, two weeks prior to the start date of the conference, the credit card used to make your reservations will be charged a deposit of one night's room rate and applicable taxes.

International Travel

All non-US citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States. An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport.  NB:  Depending on your country of origin, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter the United States.  Please contact your embassy to confirm entry requirements.

Ground Transportation

Taxis and SuperShuttle vans are available on the ground level of the terminal, outside the baggage claim area.

Operates 24 hrs/7 days a week.  The approximate fare to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach from the airport is $30 - $35 US.

SuperShuttle Van Service
