The quoted rate is exclusive of all taxes. Attendees must identify themselves as part of the International Baccalaureate Americas event in order to receive the quoted guestroom rate. We encourage participants to make reservations as soon as possible. The quoted rate is available until Sunday, June 26, 2011.

International Travel
All non-US citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States. An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport. NB: Depending on your country of origin, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Please contact your embassy to confirm entry requirements.
Ground Transportation
Taxis and San Antonio Airport Shuttle vans are available on the ground level of the terminal, outside the baggage claim area.
Taxis
Operates 24 hrs/7 days a week. The approximate fare to the Marriott Rivercenter from the airport is $20 - $25 US one way.
San Antonio Airport Shuttle
Operates 7:30am-1:30am from the airport and begin departing hotels at 4:00am daily. Tickets are priced at US$18 one way per person. Call +1 (210) 281-9900or visit http://www.saairportshuttle.com/ to make a reservation.

Hotel Parking
The hotel offers self parking for $10 US per day for all IB attendees. The rate will automatically be adjusted on your sleeping room bill.
For those of you not staying at the hotel please come to the IB information desk each day for a validated ticket.
