The quoted rate is all inclusive of meals and taxes* for registered conference attendees only. Each additional adult in the room is $75 per night and each additional child ages 13-17 is $51 per night. Children ages 12 and under are free.
Attendees must identify themselves as part of the International Baccalaureate Americas event in order to receive the quoted guestroom rate. We encourage participants to make reservations as soon as possible. Attendees will be charged 1 nights deposit at time of booking. The quoted rate is available until Thursday, May 24, 2012.
*For Mexican Citizens a 11% VAT (IVA) tax will be applied in addition to the room rate.
ALL-INCLUSIVE DETAILS
The majority of amenities, activities, taxes, and gratuities at this Cancun resort are included in the room rate and conference registration; guests will not be charged extra for on-site meals, drinks, activities, entertainment, and use of sports equipment.

AIRLINE DISCOUNT

United: You may book online at www.united.com and enter your Offer Code ZMEM146357 in the Offer Code box when searching for your flights. You may also call United Meetings at 800-468-7022 and give them the Agreement Code: 146357 and Z Code: ZMEM. There is a $25 service fee for all tickets issued through the airlines reservation desk. If calling from outside of the U.S., please call your local United Airlines Reservation Office.
American: To purchase your tickets online, go to www.aa.com/group, enter your dates for Cancun and enter the promo code 8472BZ. Tickets may also be purchased by calling the American Airlines Meeting Desk at 800-433-1790. There is a $25 service fee for all tickets issued via the phone. International attendees should call their local American Airlines reservations number and give them promo code 8472BZ if they are unable to input the promotion code on the aa.com/group website.
Delta Airlines: You may book online at www.delta.com, then click on Planning Tools, "Book a Flight", and then enter the Meeting Event code, which is NM9HV in the box on the form along with your trip information. You may also call the Delta Meeting Network® Reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:30p.m. (Central Time) and refer to Meeting Event Code NM9HV. Ground Transportation
Roundtrip transportation is provided through the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort for $32 per person.
Please follow the instructions below to book your ground transportation:

- Enter your information in the fields and click “Register” (you are now registered)
- On the ACCOUNT LOGIN screen, enter your email and password and click “Log In”
- For the “Group Code,” type: ibamericas
- If you have your hotel confirmation number, fill in the fields with Moon Palace Sunrise and your reservation #
- Airport transfers please request your “transfer in/transfer out” (Round Trip Transfer). It is important to fill in all information requested:
- Number of people
- Arrival & departure date
- Arrival & departure time
- Airline
- Arrival & departure flight number
Once your cart is ready with your transfer information, proceed to check out and continue with the credit card information. Visa and MasterCard are the only two options. As soon as you finish that process, you will receive a Transfer Confirmation Folio.
