IB Workshop Cancellation Policy / Política de cancelación de los talleres del IB
Any cancellation occurring 22 days or more prior the first day of the workshop will incur a credit note of the full amount of the registration fee.
For cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the first day of the workshop, a penalty of 100% of the fee will apply.
Please note: Cancellations must be made in the regis system by the IB coordinator. Requests to cancel participants via phone or e-mail will not be accepted as official cancellation.
In the unlikely event that the IB has to cancel a workshop, the total amount of the registration fee will be refunded or will incur a credit note.
Toda cancelación realizada con una antelación de 22 días o más al primer día del taller generará una note de crédito por el importe total del derecho de inscripción.
En el caso de cancelaciones realizadas con una antelación de 21 días o menos al primer día del taller, se aplicará una penalidad igual al 100% del arancel de inscripción.
Importante: las cancelaciones deben ser realizadas por el coordinador del IB a través del sistema de Regis. Las solicitudes de cancelaciones que se realicen vía telefónica o mediante correo electrónico no serán consideradas como cancelaciones oficiales.
El improbable caso de que el IB tuviera que cancelar un taller, el importe total del arancel de inscripción será reintegrado o se acreditará mediante nota de crédito.
IB Workshop Late Registration & Change Policy
Registrations received after the workshop registration deadline will be assessed a late fee of US $50 per registrant for workshops taking place in the Americas Region plus an additional 5% GST for workshops taking place in Canada.
Name changes and corrections, as well as, changes of workshop levels onsite can only occur during the conference registration period and will be assessed a US $50
administrative fee per change.
All late registrations and onsite change requests are subject to the enrolment of the desired workshop. IB Americas reserves the right to refuse any late registration or onsite change requests.
