  • Please be aware that dinner is not included in the conference registration fee and will not be provided on any of the workshop dates.

International Travel

  • All non-citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States or Canada. 
  • An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport.

Ground Transportation 

  • Hotel is approximately 30 minutes from La Guardia (LGA), 45 minutes from Newark International Airport (EWR) and 45 minutes from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).  
  • Taxicabs are approximately USD $45.00 one-way from La Guardia. 
  • Rates subject to change.

Parking

  • The hotel does not offer self-parking.
  • Valet parking is available for approximately USD $48.00 per car, per day inclusive of taxes and USD $58 per van/SUV, per day.
  • In and Out privelages are available with valet parking to overnight hotel guests.
  • Rates are subject to change.
