Small Schools Primary Years Programme Professional Development Policy

Which Schools:
PYP School with a total faculty of less than 12 staff which is able to share PD with another school no matter the size of the other school.
Workshop Management:
2-3 day Workshop as appropriate but requires additional work by the Workshop Leader who needs to communicate before the Workshop with both Co-ordinators. Co-ordinators need to communicate with each other and ensure that the commonalities and differences of the two schools are identified prior to the start of the Workshop and agree parameters. There may be a 3-way conversation required between Workshop Leader and the two co-ordinators immediately prior to the Workshop.
Payment:
Workshop leader will be paid for extra ½ day to help prepare for these workshops. Per participant cost as per Fee sheet.
